We are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator at our Tilbury site. 

Please mind, this position is on a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract basis. 

.Salary  OTE £27,231 pa

• £24,960 pa basic + £2,271 pa night shift premium

Shift  4 on 4 off   Nights   6 pm - 6 am 

As a Stock Administrator your will create and manage bookings for inbound loads and providing support to the Goods In operation

Main Responsibilities 

• Manage the inbound bookings diary for all clients
• Daily goods in and storage reporting
• Supporting the Goods In Administrator
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
• Creation & modification of pre-advice documents for inbound loads
• Supporting colleagues throughout the network
• Filing general admin paperwork
• Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
• Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
• Compilation of Goods In statistics
• Other duties as reasonably required

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• PC literate and experience in MS Excel
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
