We are currently looking for a fixed term POD Team Leader to join our team in Rugby.

Job Description


Shift: Monday to Friday - days

Salary: £11.25ph

Investigation of and reporting on potential / live claims and keeping the database up to date. Day to day line management of the POD Team.

  • Manage and maintain Claims Investigatory Log, ensuring all pertinent information is available for relevant departments, 24/7, to include:
  • All documentation pertaining to claim;
  •  Video footage; ·
  • Customer communication (If required extra info);
  • Internal communication;
  • Provide Customer Contract Manager with summary of claim findings daily;
  • Ensure the Customer Contract Manager is aware of any trends that are not the Warrens error i.e. poor packaging, late inbound goods, poor labelling;
  • Make recommendations based on information gathered during investigation; · Log any that are passed back to customer and monitor;
  • To carry out camera checks and report back findings for Commercial/Customer Contract/Warehouse;
  • Documenting claims received so they are visible to other departments. · Supporting POD administration tasks
  • Manage, lead and direct the daily operations of your teams.
  • Ensure team members understand and are equipped to undertake their roles to the best of their ability
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders · Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  •  Maintain agreed KPI’s and report on performance and potential improvements
