We are currently recruiting for a Sales Invoicing Assistant on a full-time, permanent contract based at our Craigavon, n. Lurgan site.

Shift: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Key Accountabilities:

• Preparing of weekly depot invoicing to a tight deadline, as part of a team
• Dealing with any subsequent customer queries
• Maintaining of customer rates paperwork
• Analysing sales report by customer
• Ad hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience on Accounts and Accounting software packages such as SAGE
• Confident at dealing with people on the telephone / in person and at all levels
• Computer literate with high level of Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables)
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Adaptable and methodical approach to work / training / working hours
• Conscientious and reliable
• Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• Ability to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
• Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation
• Proactive and able to make decisions
