Great Bear is a leading 3rd party UK logistics business providing nationwide dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions for international blue chip clients.

We operate in excess of 7 million sq. ft. of warehousing and operate a large modern commercial vehicle fleet, coupled with an extensive added value service offering.

An exciting opportunity to join our Deeside Team on the Amazon contract. We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our office team and to provide support to the business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and be able to operate in a proactive role to assist the business moving forward.

Job Description


Shifts: Monday - Friday

Salary: £20,000

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office and site supplies, including stationery and PPE
  • Assist with visitor and site meeting room booking requests.
  • Providing overall administration support to the Office Admin Manager and Senior Management Team
  • Preparation of letters, presentations and associated filing to internal system.
  • Document control for training plans and health and safety requirements.
  • Preparation of documents for orders and enquiries in line with instructions.
  • Adhoc projects from Office Admin Manager.
  • Confident at dealing with people at all levels both on the telephone and in person.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office (training will be provided for in house software)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
