Our Market Drayton site are now recruiting for a Senior Client Support Administrator on a FULL basis.

Salary: £24,336 Per annum

Working hours: 4 on 4 off 6:00- 18:00

Job Description

the Purpose of a Senior Client Support Administrator is to support the day-to-day administration of Client Support, offering outstanding contract support to some of the largest chilled food and drink companies in the UK. Working in a fast paced, friendly environment, providing a consistent professional and dedicated service focusing on client satisfaction. 

  • Act as the key point of contact to all clients and liaise with internal departments to find solutions to all queries.
  • Control the timely and accurate receipt of sales orders, ensuring they are available to the warehouse within agreed timeframes.
  • Key manual orders onto SAP ensuring a 5 point check is completed for each order processed.
  • Chase any missing / outstanding orders with the client obtaining clarification of receipt or non-receipt.
  • Daily reporting or sales data and shortages.
  • Control duplicate receipt of orders, communicating to the client and confirming if orders are to be processed or cancelled.
  • Control of customer shelf life settings within SAP.
  • Action concessions to ensure low shelf life stock is picked in line with client requests.
  • Manage EDI crashes within SAP, processing failures, communicating to the business and resolving issues.
  • Cap and allocate stocks to orders capturing fulfilment to specific customers where requested.
  • Inventory management and quality control, avoiding mis-rotation of stocks, holding and releasing stocks from and to various quarantine status’ upon request.
  • Full stock reconciliation reports to be completed in a timely fashion upon client request.
  • Obtain special costs for one off delivery points and off delivery destinations.
  • Deal with Clients face to face, by phone or email, ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby attaining client retention.
  • Train new starters on full end to end processes when required.
  • To learn and understand each Client’s needs and requirements to allow cover to run smoothly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adapt to the needs of the business as and when required including occasional nights cover.
  • Help towards maintaining adequate holiday and sickness cover throughout the team by shift swapping days where no cover is required to work days where cover is required.
  • Provide support to other members of staff where possible in the absence of the Supervisors.
  • Identify key areas of improvement of the day to day running of each account.
  • Ensuring, with the support of the Supervisors, that each personnel has a balanced workload.
  • Complete tasks delegated from Supervisors or Management.

 

Qualifications

The position requires the holder to work at a mid-administrative level with some technical knowledge of how the business systems work. The holder will be required to follow processes and procedures to complete tasks and queries.

  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office. SAP and in house systems knowledge required.
  • To have an excellent Customer Service manner to be able to deal with Clients by all communication mediums.
  • Deal with Client queries or complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • To have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, adapting quickly to change within the organisation.
