Job Description

General administration within a busy and expanding MHE fleet department.

To ensure CAM (MHE) Admin and compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.

Divisional Duties

 

  • Logging defects with suppliers
  • Uploading repair details and closing down jobs on inhouse system.
  • Chasing suppliers for job updates
  • Compliance – Service & LOLER booking/monitoring
  • Weekly ODO inputting
  • Ordering parts
  • Help to manage mailbox.
  • Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the ESL Intranet system.
  • Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
  • Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
  • Update and maintain MyFleet as necessary.
  • Shadowing members of the MHE Team, to learn and develop your existing skills.
  • Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
  • Any other admin duties, in line with the pay grade. as deemed. 

 

Internal

  • Liaise with Directors, General Managers, Operations Managers, their direct reports and Employees at all levels within the Group to continually improve compliance to the management systems. 

      External

  • MHE Maintainers and Suppliers and Customers

 

Document Issue and Access Requirements

  • Access to Eddie Stobart Gateway
  • Access to relevant paper and electronic medium references required to develop audit programmes, confirm compliance, and for continuous improvement of the management systems.

Qualifications

Core

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent

 

Experience

Core

Microsoft Office suite knowledge – Excel

Administration experience

Desirable

Fleet Administration experience

MHE Knowledge
