Culina Logistics are currently recruiting for a Client Support Supervisor to work in our chilled warehouse operation in Market Drayton. This posisiton is an 18 month contract.

Shifts: Monday - Friday

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Ensure staff are adequately trained in their role & training records are maintained..
• Manage time & attendance system in the absence of the Client Control Manager, ensuring adequate cover across all shifts.
• Ensure all client queries dealt with by Client Support are managed in a timely & professional manner.
• Ensure client reports are accurate & communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all client non conformances are recorded & fed back to the customer & corrective action is taken.
• Support ‘Investors in Excellence’ initiative by examining internal & external processes with a view to driving improvement throughout the business.
• Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied & compiled with.
• Support the Client Support Manager in the implementation of new policies & procedures.
• Support the smooth implementation of new clients into the business and ensure all staff are fully trained and briefed.
