We are actively recruiting for a Customer Services Coordinator at our site in Lurgan.

Shifts: 6am - 3pm. Monday - Friday, to include 1 in 3 weekends.

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the customer is fully updated during the shift. Liaising with drivers, staff and customers to reach all targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Regularly updating the Manpack system, ensuring that data is up-to date and accurate
• Liaising with the customers on queries
• Liaising with depots regarding arrival times
• Providing daily reports to the Transport Department
• Providing daily reports to the Customer
• Contacting customers/suppliers for any outstanding paperwork
• Prepare manifests/paperwork for deliveries the following day
• Answering queries via email/phonecalls
• Preparing CDR Reports
• Translate for Transport Staff with Hungarian Drivers as required

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities that are specific to the site and not identified above.

• Completing the Outstanding Delivery Report daily
• Completing the Shipping Report for inbound deliveries daily
