We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a full time or part time basis based in Nuneaton.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution centres, as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Shifts Available: various shift patterns and start times are available (weekend work is required)

working days can be anywhere between 2 and 5 days a week- 

• Thursday – Monday 
• Saturday- Monday 
• Friday and Saturday part-time nightshift 
• Weekend Only - Saturday & Sunday 

Salary:

• Weekday rate (00.00- 11.59 up to 9.5 working hours) - £13.38 ph
• Weekday rate (12.00 – 23.59 - up to 9.5 working hours) - £13.75 ph
• Saturday rate (00.00 – 11.59 up to 9.5 working hours) - £17.52 ph
• Saturday rate (12.00 – 23.59 - up to 9.5 working hours) - £17.89 ph
• Sunday rate (00.00 – 11.59 up to 9.5 working hours) - £17.60 ph
• Sunday rate (12.00 – 23.59 up to 9.5 working hours) - £17.97 ph

Overtime rates:

• Weekday overtime rate (after 9.5 working hours) £17.39 - £17.87ph 
• Saturday overtime rate (after 9.5 working hours) £22.78 - £23.35 ph
• Sunday overtime rate (after 9.5 working hours) £22.88 - £23.36 ph 

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence - Class C+E
• Current/Valid CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
