We are currently recruiting for a MHE Trainer on a full-time, permanent contract based at our Banbury site.

Shift:  Any 5 from 7 Days Rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

Salary: £28,500 p/a

• Ensuring that all site training requirements are completed and recorded in line with Company policy.
• Assisting and advising in the investigation of MHE related accidents.
• Actively managing MHE Operatives to minimise skill fade and risk from inexperienced and infrequent users.
• Ensuring hazards are correctly identified and control measures introduced to eliminate the risk.
• Ensuring that the skill level and competence of all MHE Operatives is satisfactory.
• Ensuring that refreshment training is completed within specified time frames.
• Assisting in creation of sufficient risk assessments of MHE activities.
• Ensuring that assessment training is completed following the accidents.
• Completing site MHE induction for the new MHE Operatives.
• Effectively leading site Health & Safety culture.

• RTITB or ITSSAR accreditation is desirable. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
