• Can you support with the efficient running of all aspects of outbound loads and bay control?
• Do you work well in a team?

If YES, this may be the perfect role for you, here would be your key duties:

• To collate information as required by Warehouse Shift Managers to generate operational KPI suite such as load times, accuracy, throughput reports, trailer moves and to monitor root cause of delays
• To utilise existing transport and warehouse management systems as provided to optimise operational efficiencies and service
• To liaise with the Traffic Team regarding any changes to drivers, loads & tracking of sub-contractor drivers
• To act as facilitator between Warehouse Managers, Outbound operation, transport team, and customers providing an efficient process of deliveries
•  To proactively track the inbound trunks to assist Warehouse Supervisors & Warehouse Shift Managers to maximise bay utilisation 
• To secure safe standards of the loading bays by controlling keys and liaising with loading staff, drivers and shunters via radio
• To use the ISOTRAK system to locate resources required to maximise operational efficiency and to positively contribute to the management of trailers
• To assist Warehouse Management as required to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement with a focus on customer experience
• Quality control of outbound loads to ensure fulfilment of full order and record/notify changes to loads

• A good standard of education including Maths at GCSE level or equivalent relevant qualifications
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Operations to include, out loading of stock, loading operations and stock control duties in FMCG Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written skills including report writing
• WMS & System Integrations
• Understanding of Industry Health & Safety and Quality Standards
