Culina Logistics is a market leading chilled food and drink specialist, providing extensive expertise in warehousing and distribution across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a full-time, permanent contract based at our chilled Lutterworth site.

Shift: 3 on 3 off Days 06:00 - 18:00

Salary: £26,162 p/a and OT x1.5

• Carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
• Monitoring and controlling sickness and absence, carrying out return to work interviews.
• Monitoring and controlling the time and attendance system.
• Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
• Planning manpower ensuring the efficient and cost effective levels of overtime and agency workers.
• Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
• Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
• Ensuring that the available resources are utilised to their full potential at all times.
