We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Desborough site.

Shift: 

Any 5 from 7 days - £11.18 per hour

Night shift (22-06) - £13.18 per hour

4 on 4 off Days - £13.00 per hour

4 on 4 off Nights - £14.00 per hour

Salary: OT X 1.3 

We provide an upskill training on MHE gaining FLT VNA, Reach Truck and PPT licenses.

• Loading and unloading goods coming in and out the warehouse using the correct equipment.
• Logging goods coming in and out the warehouse into the system.
• Picking and packing orders accurately in line with customers requirements.
• Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times.

• Ability to work within the team and on its own initiative.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Minimum warehouse experience preferable.
• Current FLT VNA and Reach Truck licenses and previous experience are desirable.
• Ability to work to targets within a fast pace environment.
