Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Tilbury. We offer free transport from the Tilbury Town station to the Warehouse.

Shifts & Salary: Up to £13.58 basic and up to £20.37 overtime rates.

• 4 on 4 off days (06:00-18:00) - £12.50 per hour – Up to £28,333  annum - (based on 42 hours working on a banked hours contract)
• 4 on 4 off nights (18:00-06:00) - £13.58 per hour – Up to £30,695 per annum - (based on 42 hours working on a banked hours contract)
• 1 hour Break Fully paid 

Job Description

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE such as PPT
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

• Ideally have warehousing experience
• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
• Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
• Experience using PPT or LLOP would be advantageous 
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
