We are actively recruiting for a POD Administrator to support our CML site in Telford.

*Please note, this post is for maternity cover*

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £20,775.80 per annum

Job Description

  • Keeping the Proof Of Delivery paperwork up to date by scanning the pods into the system
  • File away all paperwork that needs filing in their appropriate folders
  • Produce POD reports for management meetings
  • Dealing with customer POD requests
  • Sending emails/contacting hauliers on a daily basis chasing missing Pods using the consignment drop off report/KPI report on the board
  • Looking into Pod discrepancies
  • Updating the Lidl Consignment note spreadsheet for KPIs
  • Any other tasks requested by the Customer Service/Client Support manager

Qualifications

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail
  • Basic computer and IT skills
  • Basic knowledge of excel
  • Good with paperwork
  • A desire for neatness and tidiness, particularly regarding filing
  • Preparedness to work in a repetitive role
