Culina Logistics is a market leading chilled food and drink specialist, providing extensive expertise in warehousing and distribution across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on full-time, permanent contracts based at our chilled Lutterworth site.

Shift: 3 on 3 off Days 06:00 - 18:00 and 3 on 3 off Nights 18:00 - 06:00.

Salary: £11.60p/h - £12p/h Days, £12.60p/h - £13p/h Nights (depending on MHE experience) and OT x1.5.

We provide an upskill training on MHE gaining FLT Counterbalance, Reach Truck and PPT licenses with a pay increase once the training is completed.

• Loading and unloading goods coming in and out the warehouse using the correct equipment.
• Logging goods coming in and out the warehouse into the system.
• Picking and packing orders accurately in line with customers requirements.
• Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times.

• Ability to work within the team and on its own initiative.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Current FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses and previous experience are desirable.
• Ability to work to targets within a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work within a chilled environment.
