What You’ll Do

Working in a fast paced environment, our Order Pickers are responsible for putting away of incoming customer stock, pallet relocation, picking and marshalling of packaged chilled products, and the loading and unloading of pallets on to vehicle trailers.

As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 3 On 3 Off Shift Pattern. For this role, our shift pattern would cover both days and nights as follows:

·     Permanent Days, 6.00am to 6.00pm  Hourly Rate of £10.00

·     Permanent Nights, 6.00pm to 6.00am  Hourly Rate of £11.00

The role offers a salary of £21,840 to £24,023 dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Our overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

• Loading and unloading goods coming in and out the warehouse using the correct equipment.
• Logging goods coming in and out the warehouse into the system.
• Picking and packing orders accurately in line with customers requirements.
• Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping at all times.

• Ability to work within the team and on its own initiative.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Current FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses and previous experience are desirable.
• Ability to work to targets within a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work within a chilled environment.
