We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Rugby site.

Shift:  5 on 3 off 

Salary: We are proud to say that we pay weekly to our drivers.

(OTE £54,266 pa)

• Basic pay £43,799.04 pa + Night Shift Premium 
• Night shifts paid at a premium ; additional £1.50 ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
• £105 per week (paid monthly) Performance bonus
• £192 per day over time rate + £25 per day for commiting/carrying out overtime shift
• Other benefits under Culina Group Reward+ Employee Benefits Scheeme 

• Work consisting of collections and delivering into RDC's. 
• Average shift length is 12 hours (in line with working time directive)

• Possession of HGV Class 1 Driver license
• Valid CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Effectively prioritize workload in order to meet set deadlines
