We have exciting opportunities to join the Great Bear Deeside Unit 1 Team working on our contract with Amazon on a full-time, permanent basis as a Stock Administrator.

Shifts and salary:

6am/6pm 4 on 4 off Days - £21,500

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Marrying inbound figures and investigating any deviances.
• Creating cycle counts for counters to figures generated from reports.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing stock.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• WMS user accounts & hardware maintenance
• Health and Safety
• To assist operations as and when required
• Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively
• Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns in order to cover for absence 
• PC Literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous stock control experience desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of on-site systems.
• Experience in a packing, or e-commerce operation would be advantageous
