Full Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 28 years. 

We are seeking dedicated Janitorial professionals to join our team in Bedford, United States. This position require working at various facilities as needed to fill in for call-offs and open positions ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our clients.

• Perform a wide range of cleaning duties in various locations across Cleveland
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
• Dispose of trash properly
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to management
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned
• Adapt to different cleaning requirements in various facilities

Hours:  Monday thru Friday 4:30p-1:30am and Some Weekend Hours. 

Rate of Pay $16.00-$18.00hr

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
•  Reliable transportation and clean driver license required.  
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Must Be able to complete onboarding assessment quizzes using a computer/laptop
