Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 28 years. Located in a Southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio off of I 271 & 480 E. Broadway Forbes exit.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team for full-time night shifts in Beachwood, United States. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the facility.

• Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff during night shifts
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
• Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning operations and team performance
• Collaborate with other departments to meet facility cleanliness goals

• Hours are M-F 5pm-1am  must be flexible to work some weekends as needed. 

• Proven experience in janitorial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning operations
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in cleaning or facility management (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Physical stamina to perform and demonstrate cleaning tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have reliable transportation and a clean criminal background.
