Full Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial and constructions and offices throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 28 years. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General cleaning, including but not limited to:  trash removal; detailed dusting; cleaning restrooms, break room, offices, conference rooms, etc., sweeping mopping vacuuming and other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client.  Being able to work on scheduled days and hours.  Monday and Tuesday 6pm-8:30pm and Sunday 1pm-3:30pm (some flexibility on Sunday hours if needed)Pay rate: $10.00.

Cleaning experience helpful but not required.  Good people skills.  Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.  Team player and detail oriented.  Self-motivated and able to work without supervision. Must be physically able to stoop, bend, kneel, stand and walk for extended periods of time.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.  Have reliable transportation and a clean criminal background
