We can offer you this opportunity in the role of Night Supervisor at the Crowne Plaza London Ealing.

You will be responsible for assisting in the overall running of the Front Office so ensuring an efficient and effective operation. To strive at all times for 100% customer satisfaction.

The role involves working within our busy Front Office environment, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.

Night Supervisor role will include:

• To assist Front Office Manager/ Night Manager in leading and motivating the department and promote good employee morale and ensure a high level of commitment and pride in the hotel.
• To ensure there is regular communication with all employees
• To maintain and improve department efficiency through the training and development of all employees.
• To carry out Night Audit, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
• To ensure that all food and drink served is presented in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations as laid down in the Hotels Food Safety Policy.
• To ensure the security of the Hotel by completing security checks of the Hotel and grounds to the standard set by the Hotel. Any discrepancies to be reported immediately.
• Take Room Service Order and cook and deliver to guest according to Brand Service Standard
• To arrange transports for customers and offer luggage assistance when required.
• To order and deliver newspapers to the guests room each morning.
• To ensure all guest request are met promptly and efficiently
• In conjunction with the Front Office Manager/Night Manager, ensure that all employees within the department are aware of their responsibilities.
• To support Front Office Manager/Night Manager in managing poor performance or conduct within the department.
• To support employees within the Front Office department through coaching, training and development.
• To Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained.

Ideal candidate should have at least one year experience working in similar position. Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.

This role will also involve covering Duty Managers shifts.
