Nobu Crown Perth is a world-renowned Japanese fine dining restaurant, celebrated for its fusion of Japanese and South American flavours and exceptional service. We’re looking for hospitality enthusiasts who are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We currently have part-time 4 positions available for individuals who want to be part of a premium dining experience. In these roles, you’ll:

• Deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, fine dining setting
• Share your knowledge of menus and products to enhance the guest experience
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in hospitality (fine dining preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
