The role
Crown Towers Perth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bell Services Captain to lead our Bell Services and Valet teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of guest luggage delivery, valet parking, and driveway management, while fostering a high-performing team culture.
As Bell Services Captain, you will actively supervise front-of-house logistics, provide guidance to Bell Attendants and Doorpersons, and collaborate with internal departments to maintain seamless service delivery. You will play a key role in team development, operational planning, and guest relations—ensuring every arrival and departure reflects Crown’s commitment to excellence.
This is a full-time position and requires an Australian Driver's license and 7-day availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day Bell Services operations, including luggage handling, concierge support, and driveway coordination
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support team development and service consistency
- Conduct team briefings, onboard new employees, and manage high-volume group movements
- Deliver personalised service to all guests, with a focus on VIP arrivals and departures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Monitor service standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold CrownSAFE health and safety protocols and proactively manage workplace hazards
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Current WA unrestricted C class manual driver’s license
- Proven experience in a bell services or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a commitment to upholding high standards of service
Additional Information
This role requires
- Hospitality or related qualification
- Demonstrated Hotel operational experience
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
