The role
We have an exciting new role for a Senior Program Manager to help shape the future of Crown Resorts. At Crown Resorts we are committed to providing our guests a world class experience. We have a newly created role will be key in supporting delivery of a number of key complex and strategic projects to improve overall efficiency and guest experience. You will also be responsible for;
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Change Management: Drive change management efforts by communicating project goals, addressing resistance, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Facilitate training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within F&B and Hotels services. Implement best practices and process enhancements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
About you
This role is a dynamic and varied role, we are looking for a commercially minded Program manager who can effectively manage multiple workstreams. Ideally you would have a background in consulting and have a passion for driving results. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to convey business mission and report to senior leaders. You will also have;
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline essential i.e., minimum Bachelor Degree or higher preferred.
- Experience as either Program Manager, Senior Project Manager or PMO Lead/Manager
- Proven track record of managing complex transformation projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of governing within projects/programs/portfolios.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
