The role
The Head of People & Culture Business Partner Operations reports to the Executive General Manager People & Culture and plays a key role as part of the People & Culture Leadership Team. This role will partner with the operational Executive General Managers as well as leading a team of Business Partners to drive the evolution of strategic business partnering at Crown Perth.
This role is pivotal to the implementation of P&C initiatives aligned to Crown’s strategy while fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of strategic business partners, focused on supporting Senior Leaders
- Serve as a key member advising the Executive Leadership Team that is responsible for P&C processes and delivery of key P&C initiatives in support of the overall P&C strategy.
- Partner with P&C Centre of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure synchronized execution of P&C initiatives that drive organisational excellence
- Coach and Advise leaders on building high performing teams and building a culture of feedback
- Provide advice to leaders on workforce interventions across the employee lifecycle
- Work in partnership with the People & Culture Manager – Corporate to ensure consistency in ways of working and implementation of P&C initiatives are managed in a consistent manner
- Encourage and participate in a high performing team culture
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Extensive business partnering experience operating at a Head of or General Management level
- Ability to translate business strategy into tangible people plans
- Deep knowledge and experience in driving talent, engagement, organizational design, and development solutions
- Strong knowledge with Enterprise Agreements and ability to build and maintain relations with Crown Perth Union groups.
- A continuous improvement mindset and desire to be a change agent to make a positive difference
- Strong results orientation and organisation management
