Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Corporate practice group, working from its Denver, Colorado office. 

Qualifications

Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of law firm experience in the area of M&A and general corporate law, particularly in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures and general corporate and complex commercial matters.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the Colorado Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $205,000 to $240,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
