Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Government Contracts practice group, working from its Denver, CO office.  

Qualifications

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in government contracts, specifically in the areas of: false claims, internal investigations, bid protest litigation, compliance, due diligence and cost accounting. All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the Colorado Bar.

Additional Information

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $305,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
