Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Financial Services practice group working from the Washington, D.C. office. 

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of substantive experience in commercial lending. Experience with commercial loan restructuring and/or bankruptcy is a significant plus.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed analytical, communication and writing skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the D.C.
