Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Environment, Energy & Natural Resources​ practice group working from the Denver, CO office.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 3-5 years of FERC regulatory experience from a nationally-recognized law firm, or a government agency. Candidates must have work experience in the area of electricity market regulation. 

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the Colorado Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $305,000.  Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
