Qualifications

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Professional Track (Non-Partnership Track) Associate to join its Antitrust practice group, working from its Orange County, CA office. 

We are searching for a hard-working, creative attorney with strong interpersonal skills, who will work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed communication, writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting demanding deadlines.  In-house counsel experience is a plus (but is not required).  No prior experience in antitrust necessary.  

Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience practicing law (in any field).  This is a full-time, professional track (non-partnership track) position which provides work flexibility.  The position calls for extensive client communications, development of claim documents and written advocacy to support claims through administrative proceedings, as well as coordination with a large team of attorneys and practice support personnel.  This position does not involve document review or litigation.  Candidates must be a member of the California Bar.

Additional Information

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
