Health Care Litigation Associate

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Health Care practice group in the New York office.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of health care litigation experience at a nationally-recognized law firm, government agency, health care provider or managed care organization. Candidates should have experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates, taking and defending depositions, and writing complex briefs.
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills.
Candidates must be members in good standing of the New York Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $305,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
