Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its Litigation Practice Group, working from the San Francisco, CA office.

 

Qualifications

Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience, particularly in litigation involving technology (i.e. intellectual property including patent, trade secret and copyright, Internet law, data law, privacy and cybersecurity).

Experience, comfort or formal background with technical matters involving computer software, internet and computer hardware matters.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $335,000 to $350,000.  Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
