Job Description

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join our Labor & Employment Group in our Washington, D.C. office.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience. Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, pay equity, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred.

Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, investigations, reviews of policy manuals, and/or employer training programs, is a plus.

Qualifications

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
