Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its Litigation Practice Group, working from the San Francisco, CA office.

Candidates must have 6-9 years of experience, particularly in litigation involving technology (i.e. intellectual property including patent, trade secret and copyright, Internet law, data law, privacy and cybersecurity).

Experience, comfort or formal background with technical matters involving computer software, internet and computer hardware matters.

Our practice is growing quickly, and we seek a counsel level attorney to help grow and staff the work. 

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned lawyer with technology litigation experience who can lead matters. Candidates must be of the highest quality, with a J.D. from a top law school, in the top 20% of law school class. CA barred.
