Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Corporate practice group, working from its Washington, DC office.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of sophisticated corporate experience, with a specific focus in M&A. Candidates must also have demonstrated experience in equity financing, commercial transactions, licensing, and corporate governance. Securities, venture capital and/or private equity experience are also preferred.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed analytical, communication and writing skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or immediately eligible to waive-in.
