Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Senior Associate or Counsel, with Privacy expertise to join its Privacy & Cybersecurity Group, in any of its U.S. offices.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of direct privacy counseling experience, including experience with CCPA and GDPR, at a major law firm, in-house corporate legal department or in the government. Candidates with a CIPP certification are strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle direct client inquiries regarding compliance and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member, in good standing, of the state corresponding to their office location of application or immediately eligible to waive-in.
