Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate or Counsel to join our Intellectual Property practice group, in the Washington, D.C. office. With the resources of a full-service law firm and the flexibility of an IP boutique, we help businesses prevent and resolve disputes quickly and favorably. We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our growing team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of patent litigation and ITC experience from a nationally recognized law firm. Candidates must have a technical background and a degree in computer science or a similar program. Prior work experience at the U.S. International Trade Commission is a plus.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills.  Candidates must be a member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in. USPTO bar membership is also preferred.
