Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate or counsel to join our Corporate Group in our Washington, D.C. office.

We offer a full-service corporate practice covering complex corporate and securities, M&A transactional, governance, and compliance matters. We work with large international and domestic public companies, mid-sized and emerging businesses, privately held firms, private equity sponsors and hedge funds, investment firms.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, corporate securities and general corporate transactional experience at a nationally-recognized law firm. Commercial contracts and/or debt financing experience is a plus. 

Candidates must be members in good standing of the DC Bar, or eligible to waive in.
