Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join our Labor & Employment Group in our Washington, D.C. office.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of legal experience. Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, OFCCP compliance, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred.
Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, investigations, reviews of policy manuals, and/or employer training programs, is a plus.
All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
