Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Professional Track Associate to join our Litigation practice group in the Washington, D.C. office.

The Litigation Group at Crowell takes a multidisciplinary, team-based approach that helps our clients manage high-stakes matters involving fraud, breach of contracts, business torts, class actions, financial services litigation, and other disputes.

Professional Track Associates are an integral part of our service to clients, practice wide. This is a non-partnership track position, with a 1900 hour billable target. The ideal candidate will be given a wide range of responsibilities and have the opportunity to become fully involved and integrated into all aspects of our practice and service to our clients.

Candidates must have 4-7 years of legal experience in a litigation setting. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with class actions, complex commercial litigation, or E-Discovery materials, is a plus. The ideal candidate will have expertise supporting discovery in litigation, including taking a leading role in e-discovery, reviewing documents, and drafting written discovery and responses. 

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Candidate must be a member in good standing of the D.C. Bar, or eligible to waive in.
