Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join its Government Contracts practice group, working from its Washington, D.C. office.

Over the past 20 years, we have reshaped protest law with major decisions on discussions, conflicts of interest, unequal treatment, responsibility, experts, cost realism, and sole-source contracting. Our attorneys have substantial depth, experience, and success pursuing and defending bid protests of federal, state, and local procurements in all forums.

Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience in government contracts, specifically in the area of bid protest litigation. All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
