Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Litigation practice group, in the New York office. 

The ideal candidate will be a versatile litigator suitable for deployment on any type of litigation matter, but with a particular interest in complex commercial litigation, including multi-jurisdictional litigation and class actions. Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of litigation experience from a nationally recognized law firm.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills.  Candidates must be a member of the New York Bar. Delaware Bar member is preferred but not required.
