Job Description

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Discovery Attorney to join the E-Discovery and Information Management practice in the New York, N.Y. office.  This is a full-time, professional (non-promotion) track attorney position.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with large-scale, complex document review projects using a variety of e-discovery technologies.  Candidates with privilege review experience are preferred.  Candidates must be able to manage people and complex projects in a fast paced, demanding environment, and should have strong organization and communication skills.  Duties may include document review management, including the collection, search, review, analysis and production of information in matters; creating and counseling on discovery policies, such as those around preservation; and generally developing and counseling clients on discovery strategy and related issues.

Candidates must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.  Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience (preferably with a law firm) working as discovery attorney managing all aspects of document review projects.
