The Orange County, CA office of Crowell & Moring LLP, seeks a highly qualified and experienced non-partnership track Counsel to join our Antitrust Group.

We are searching for a hard-working, experienced and creative attorney with strong interpersonal skills, who will work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed leadership, communication, writing and analytical skills.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting demanding deadlines.  No prior experience in antitrust necessary.

At least 10-15 years practicing law; litigation experience is preferred but not required.  This is a full-time, non-partnership track position which provides work flexibility.  The position calls for extensive client communications, development of claim documents and written advocacy to support claims through administrative proceedings, as well as leadership on and coordination with a large team of attorneys and practice support personnel.  This position does not involve document review or litigation.  Candidates must be a member of the CA Bar.
