Crowell & Moring LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join its E-Discovery Practice in its Washington, DC office as Senior Counsel.  This attorney will help manage the firm’s E-Discovery team, develop e-discovery best practices, and assist firm attorneys and clients on e-discovery matters across various practice groups.

Candidates must have 8+ years of legal experience managing e-discovery projects. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidate must have: (1) a strong understanding of e-discovery practice in complex civil litigation and regulatory investigations; (2) experience presenting to courts, negotiating with opposing counsel, and interfacing with clients on discovery issues; and (3) a strong understanding of e-discovery technology and project management.  Experience with privacy and data protection laws in the e-discovery context is preferred.

Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
