• Create New Websites and Landing Pages as well as custom plugins and scripting in WordPress.
• Maintain existing Websites and Landing Pages.
• Update Pages, Images, and Content on Websites
• Manage all Website Integrations including Google Analytics, Benchmark, Cognito Forms. Tawk.To, and Visual Visitor.
• Create Email Marketing Templates as needed
• Required to create or choose an approach or procedure from a variety of complex options for addressing a work task.
• Works independently to develop related code as well as test development efforts.
• Presents all work in design review and code review sessions to team members as needed, and must be able to explain and support decisions made and actions taken.
• Perform Graphic Design functions.
• Produce Marketing materials as requested.
• Interfaces with Sales and Marketing, and senior management to clarify requirements.
• Assists other members in a team environment.
• Evaluates and plans site designs, test results and related materials.
• Reviews literature and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.
• Programs new web portals and applications and supports those applications under development and the customization of current applications.

• Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
• Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.
• Analyzes and determines integration needs.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Working with Vendors to support web applications and environments
• Engineering and Deployment of improvements.
• Deliver patching and system performance enhancements to new, under development, and existing web portals and related applications.

• Web Development with WordPress or other CMS is preferred.
• Strong development experience using HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascripts, and related web languages.
• Experience in Graphic Design is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with various web development tools and IDE environments.
• Understanding of fundamental web service technologies including API utilization and REST.
• Understanding the basics of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical development role
• Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
• An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
