Job Description
THE ROLE
Our Marketplace team (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic) is hiring a Media Operations Supervisor to manage three pillars on the team - staff management, process management and training management. This role will support and partner with a Managing Director and Executive Director.
Staff Management:
- Establishing and maintaining documentation of team assignments
- Identifying gaps in coverage and recommended solutions to service client needs
- Act as key liaison to facilitate the activation of talent assignments
- Assigned Key Point-of-Contact for any new staffing needs, receiving requests from teams requiring additional or new activations beyond capability of current team
- Assists in New Hire Onboarding. Welcoming team members to the agency, ensuring they are being acclimated with their new team
- Monitoring team hours, and recommending action as needed
- Ensuring team members are receiving proper guidance and representation within Performance Review structure
Process Management:
- Act as a driving force to unify operations, standardizing process and approach across our many clients/accounts
- Plays a vital role in identifying and implementing process to standardize our practice across the agency
- Supporting the team in standardizing our templates for reoccurring and widely useful resources
- Maintaining the Marketplace OneDrive as a helpful resource for all team members to access important documentation
Training Management:
- Developing and maintaining training platforms to retain best in class skills within Marketplace disciplines
- Ensuring we have accompanying certifications to demonstrate our best in class offering
- Promoting opportunities for team members to continue to grow in their careers, while identifying resources XM must provide in order to make these opportunities accessible
Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills - analytical and highly organized
- A full understanding and knowledge of media planning and buying, especially in the paid social, paid search and programmatic media buying
- An adaptable individual who is accustomed to pivoting as needed
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
- Exhibited leadership skills, and know how to coach and encourage teammates around you.
Additional Information
SALARY: 75-95k
