The Client Finance Analyst position is essential to the day-to-day function of the Client Finance Group and requires an individual that has the ability to prioritize while thriving in a fun, team-based, fast paced and detail-oriented environment. A successful Analyts is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate beyond what is required. Responsible for the entering of all offline media buys into the system, in addition to the processing of both draft bills and live client invoices for all media types (Print, Broadcast, Digital). In addition, be responsible for compiling and sending the billing package to the client, as well as maintaining and providing various monthly reports to the client. This position will also work with the media account team (planning & buying teams) to facilitate the clearing of media vendor invoice discrepancies, ensuring all invoices are cleared for payment prior to deadlines.

• Entering of all offline media buys into the Media Ocean Spectra OX System
• Providing draft billing to the team for approval/live billing to the client, following the clients billing calendar, by managing internal teams timelines
• Maintaining/providing multiple monthly finance reports to the client
• Following up with client regarding payment of past due invoices
• Manage monthly media vendor invoice reconciliation
• Direct client contact
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal teams

• Strong analytical and number skills
• Finance related experience is helpful
• Highly proficient with Excel
